Who we are
Trevor’s Hope is a program of Legacy for the Generations, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. The Site provides information about our mission and lets visitors support our work and connect with us.
Donations
Donations made through the Site are processed by our third-party donation provider, Donorbox (and its payment processor, Stripe). By donating, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. Donations are received and receipted by Legacy for the Generations and are restricted to charitable purposes consistent with our mission.
Legacy for the Generations is tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, EIN [[EIN]]. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law, and no goods or services are provided in exchange. Please consult your tax advisor regarding deductibility.

Recurring (monthly) gifts

Your submissions
If you submit a story, photo, message, or other content to us (“Submissions”), you confirm that it is yours to share, that you have the right and any necessary permissions to share it (including the consent of anyone identifiable in it), and that it does not violate anyone’s rights. You grant Legacy for the Generations a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share your Submission in our materials and on the Site in connection with our mission. We are not obligated to publish any Submission, and we may decline, edit for length or clarity (with your permission for substantive edits), or remove it at any time. If you’d like a published Submission removed, contact us and we will honor reasonable requests.
Intellectual property
The content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Legacy for the Generations and is protected by applicable laws. You may view and share the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for other purposes without our written permission. “Trevor’s Hope,” “Legacy for the Generations,” and “Jeremiah’s Promise” are used to identify our organizations and partners and may not be used without permission.
Third-party links and services
The Site links to and relies on third-party services (such as Donorbox, Stripe, Mailchimp, Google, and Framer). We don’t control these services and aren’t responsible for their content, practices, or availability. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
